OA No. 7721/2008 filed by Smt. G. Yadamma, Ex-Casual Labour.

ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Animal Husbandry, Andhra
Pradesh, Hyderabad in his letters 2nd and 4th read above, Government after careful
examination of the proposal, hereby accord permission to the Director of Animal
Husbandry to take necessary action for payment of retrenchment allowance to Smt.
G.Yadamma w/o late Yadaiah, Ex-Casual Labourer, LSSBF, Mamidipally, R.R. District as per
the orders of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad issued in the
reference 1st read above.
2. The Director of Animal Husbandry, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action
accordingly.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (PC-III) Department vide their
U.O No.5708-A/A2/PC-III/2012, Dated 9-03-2012.
