Whereas, an inquiry under Rule-20 of A.P. Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991 is being held on the allegation of violation rules in Nellore Municipal Corporation by the following charged officers: 1.Sri T.S.R.Anjananeyulu, Commissioner 2.Sri D.Karuna Chandra Babu, the then Commissioner 3.Sri K.Dhanunjaya Reddy, Deputy City Planner, 4 Sri Sk Kalesha, Town Planning Supervisor, 5. Sri K.Venkateswara Rao, TPBO and 6.Sri P.Krishnaiah, Record Asst and TPBO(i/c) 2. After examination of the Written Statement of Defenses of the above (6) charged officers, it is considered that an Inquiring authority should be appointed to inquire into the charges framed against the above Municipal Officials of Nellore Municipal Corporation mentioned in para (1) above. 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule(2) of Rule-20 of the said rules, the disciplinary authority hereby appoints Sri M.Rajeswara Rao, Addl. Commissioner, GHMC, Hyderabad as Inquiry Authority to inquire into the charges framed against Sri T.S.R.Ajananeyulu, Commissioner and other officials of Nellore Municipal Corporation. 4. The Enquiry Officer shall submit his report within (three) month’s time to Government. 5. The Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad shall provide the required material such as articles of charges, explanation of Charged Officers etc., to the Enquiry Officer.
