Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991 is being held on the allegation of violation rules in Nellore Municipal Corporation by the following charged officers; 1.Sri T.S.R.Anjananeyulu, Commissioner 2.Sri D.Karuna Chandra Babu, the then Commissioner 3.Sri K.Dhanunjaya Reddy, Deputy City Planner, 4 Sri Sk Kalesha, Town Planning Supervisor, 5. Sri K.Venkateswara Rao, TPBO and 6.Sri P.Krishnaiah, Record Asst and TPBO(i/c) 2. In the reference 5th read above, orders were issued appointing Inquiry Officer in this case. 3. After examination of the matter, it is considered that a Presenting Officer should be appointed to present the case in support of the Articles of Charges on behalf of the disciplinary authority. 4. Now, therefore, the disciplinary authority, in exercise of powers conferred by sub- rule (5) of Rule 20 of the A.P. Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991, hereby appoint Sri G.Srinivasa Rao, Regional Director of Municipal Administration, Guntur as Presenting Officer. 5. The Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad shall present the case on behalf of Disciplinary Authority and provide the required material such as articles of charges, explanation of Charged Officers etc. to the Presenting Officer immediately.
