No. 307/CDS/12, dt:25-2-2012. ********** ORDER: In the reference 5th read above, Sri Indrajit Pal, IAS, Director General & Special Chief Secretary, Environment Protection, Training & Research Institute, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, has submitted Medical reimbursement claim for an amount of Rs. 31,687/- (Rupees Thirty one thousand, six hundred and eighty seven only) towards expenses incurred by him for surgery of his daughter Devashree Pal, for Adenoidectomy as in patient, at Mediciti Hospital, Hyderabad, which is recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh for the period from 27-12-2011 to 27-12-2011. 2 The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, Andhra Pradesh Secretariat, Hyderabad, vide his Letter, 9th read above, has scrutinized the Medical bills and found admissible for an amount of Rs. 31,362/- (Rupees Thirty one thousand, three hundred and sixty two only) for reimbursement. 3 In terms of the orders, issued vide ref 3rd read above, Government, hereby, accord sanction for an amount of Rs. 31362/- ( Rupees Thirty one thousand, three hundred and sixty two only) to Sri Indrajit Pal, IAS, Director General & Special Chief Secretary, Environment Protection Training & Research Institute, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him, for surgery of his daughter Devashree Pal for Adenoidectomy, for the period from 27-12-2011 to 27-12-2011 at Mediciti Hospital, Hyderabad.-2- 4 The Director General & Special Chief Secretary, Environment Protection, Training & Research Institute , Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
