Whereas, an inquiry under Rule-20 of A.P. Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991 is being held for irregularities in implementation of Building Penalization Scheme in Madanapally Municipality by the following charged officers; 1. Sri B.Nagabhushanam, Municipal Commissioner (Now Retd) 2. Sri MBSSVR Sastry Deputy Commissioner & Mpl.Commnr (FAC) 3. Sri Balaswamy, Municipal Commissioner, 4 Smt K.Shakuntala, Municipal Commissioner and 5. Sri V.Ramalingeswara Reddy, Town Planning Supervisor 2. After examination of the matter, it is considered that an Inquiring authority should be appointed to inquire into the charges framed against the above Municipal Officials of Nellore Municipal Corporation mentioned in para (1) above. 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule(2) of Rule- 20 of the said rules, the disciplinary authority hereby appoints Sri P.Murali Krishna Goud , Regional Director-Cum–Appellate Commissioner of Municipal Administration,Anantapur as Inquiry Authority to inquire into the charges framed against the officials of Madanapally Municipality mentioned in the para (1) above. 4. The Enquiry Officer shall submit his report within ( two ) month’s time to Government. 5. The Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad shall provide the required material such as articles of charges, explanation of Charged Officers etc., to the Enquiry Officer.
