From M/s M.S.Marketing Services, Hyderabad, Bill No.80, Dated. 14.3.2012. * * * O R D E R : Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.46,400/- (Rupees Forty Six Thousand, Four Hundred only) to the M/S M.S.Marketing Services, Hyderabad towards cost of Crockery items supplied to E.F.S. & T. Department for the use of Officers & Staff of Environment, Forests, Science & Technology Department. 2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to “3451- Secretariat Economic Services - MH-090 Secretariat - SH(20) E.F.S. & T. Department – 130 Office expenses –132 Other office expenses”. 3. The Environment, Forests, Science & Technology (Claims) Department shall draw the amount sanctioned in para (1) above and credit in favour of M/s M.S.Marketing Services, Bank of Maharashta, S.D.Road, Secunderabad, into Bank A/C No.60004531735, IFSC Code No. MAHB0000387 & MICR Code.500014006, for settlement of the Bill. 4.
