Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991 is being held for irregularities in implementation of Building Penalization Scheme in Madanapally Municipality by the following charged officers: 1. Sri B.Nagabhushanam, Municipal Commissioner, 2. Sri MBSSVR Sastry Deputy Commissioner & Mpl.Commnr (FAC), 3. Sri Balaswamy, Municipal Commissioner, 4 Smt K.Shakuntala, Municipal Commissioner and 5. Sri V.Ramalingeswara Reddy, Town Planning Supervisor 2. In the reference 5th read above, accordingly orders were issued appointing Inquiry Officer in this case. 3. After examination of the matter, it is considered that a Presenting Officer should be appointed to present the case in support of the Articles of Charges on behalf of the disciplinary authority. 4. Now, therefore, the disciplinary authority, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-rule (5) of Rule 20 of the A.P. Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991, hereby appoint Sri S.S. Varma , Municipal Commissioner ,Chittor Municipality as Presenting Officer. 5. The Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad shall present the case on behalf of Disciplinary Authority and provide the required material such as articles of charges, explanation of Charged Officers etc. to the Presenting Officer immediately.
