O R D E R:
Sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.33,500/- (Rupees Thirty three
thousand five Hundred Only) towards the cost of repairs and replacement of spare parts
to the Government Vehicle No.AP 13J 1535 being used by the Special Chief Secretary
to Government, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development & Fisheries Department.
2. The amount sanctioned in Para (1) above shall be debited to the following Head
of Account:
“3451 - Secretariat Economic Service
090 - Secretariat
19 - AH,DD & F Dept.
510 – Motor Vehicles”
3. The Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development & Fisheries (OP.Claims) Department
shall draw the amount sanctioned in para (1) above and credited to the Bank Account
No 864020100110877 of Bank of India, Balanagar Branch, IFSC code BKID 000 8640
of M/s.VRM Auto Work.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules
in force.
