O R D E R:
In the G.O. 1st read above, orders were issued permitting the
Prl.Chief Conservator of Forests (WL) & Chief Wildlife Warden, A.P.,
Hyderabad to utilize the services of Sri P.Gracious, Asst. Conservator of
Forests (Retd.) on contract basis for a period of one year w.e.f. 5.2.2007,
to work in Wildlife Management Division, Eluru for the effective and
scientific management of Kolleru Wildlife Sanctuary with a remuneration
of Rs.10,000/- per month, during the said period. Further orders were
issued in the G.Os. 2nd, 3rd and 4th read above, continuing the services of
Sri P. Gracious, Asst. Conservator of Forests (Retd.) on contract basis
from 6.3.2008 to 5.3.2009, from 6.3.2009 to 5.3.2010 and from
6.3.2010 to 5.3.2011.
2. In the letter 5th read above, the Prl.Chief Conservator of Forests
(Wildlife) & Chief Wildlife Warden, A.P., Hyderabad has informed that the
Conservator of Forests, Wildlife Management, Eluru submitted proposals
for continuation of the services of Sri P.Gracious, Asst. Conservator of
Forests (Retd.) on contract basis for one more year to work in Wildlife
Management Division, Eluru for the effective and scientific management
of Kolleru Wildlife Sanctuary with a remuneration of Rs.20,000/- per
month. The individual has also given willingness to continue to work on
contract basis for one more year. The Prl.Chief Conservator of Forests
(WL) has further informed that the services of Sri P.Gracious, Asst.
Conservator of Forests (Retd.) are very essential for effective and
scientific management of Kolleru Wildlife Sanctuary and hence requested
the Govt., to consider continuing the services of the retired officer for one
more year from 6.3.2011 to 5.3.2012.
3. Government after careful examination, have accepted the proposal
and hereby order for further continuation of the services of Sri P.
Gracious, Asst. Conservator of Forests (Retd.) on contract basis up to
31.10.2011 only (i.e., from 6.3.2011 to 31.10.2011), to work in Wildlife
Management Division, Eluru for the effective and scientific management
of Kolleru Wildlife Sanctuary. He shall be paid a remuneration of
Rs.20,000/- per month, during the said period.
4. The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests shall take necessary
further action in the matter accordingly and also to deploy the regular
officer in the place of Sri P.Gracious, Asst. Conservator of Forests (Retd.).

5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (SMPC)
Department vide their U.O.No.12302/371/A1/SMPC.II/11, dt.24.10.2011.
