Sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.42,792/- (Rupees Forty Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninty Two only) to M/s Jyothi Computers, Hyderabad, Hyderabad towards payment of remuneration agency commission and EPF , ESI contributions etc for the period from 21-02-2012 to 20-03-2012 (one month ) to engage the services of (2) Data entry Operators and (2) Office Subordinates working in A.H, D.D & F department on Outsourcing basis as detailed below:-

1. K. Satyanarayana Rao, Data Entry Operator (one month) : Rs. 9,500.00

2.K. Sita Mahalakshmi, Data Entry Operator ( one month ): Rs. 9,500.00

3. A. Vidyadhar, Office Subordinate (one month ) :Rs. 6,700.00

4.Akula Ramakrishna, Office subordinate. (one month) : Rs. 6,007.00 ___________ Remuneration for 2 Data entry Operators and 2 Office Subordinates Rs.31,707.00 Employers Contribution of EPF @ 13.61%-on remuneration Rs. 4,315-00 Employers Contribution of ESI @ 4.75%-on remuneration Rs. 1,506-00 Commission to the agency @ 4 % Rs. 1,268.00 __________
