Read the following:- GOMs.No. 148, Fin & Plg.( Admn.1 TR) Dept. dated 21-10-2000. <<>> O R D E R: Sanction is hereby accorded to incur an expenditure of Rs.80,000/- (Rupees eighty thousand only) towards purchase of Service Postage Stamps for the official use in this Department. 2. The amount sanctioned in Para (1) above shall be debited to the following Head of Account:- “3451 – Secretariat Economic Services – MH – 090 – Secretariat – SH (19) – AH DD & F Department – 130 – Office Expenses – 131 – Service Postage, Telegram and Telephone Charges ”. 3. The AHDD & F (OP) Claims Department shall draw the above amount sanctioned in para (1) above and same be credited to the Bank account No. No.62196758649 S.B.H., Secretariat Branch of Asst., Secretary and Drawing Disbursing Officer, AHDD & F Department. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance & Planning (FW) Department under the orders in force.
