O R D E R :
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.14,481/-
(Rupees Fourteen Thousand Four hundred and eighty one only) to the ( A.P.
State Handloom Weavers Co-Op. Society Ltd,) APCO Sales Emporium, A.P.
Secretariat, Hyderabad, towards cost of Livery supplied to E.F.S. & T.
Department for the use of Drivers, Roneo Operator, Jamedars & Office
Subordinates of Environment, Forests, Science & Technology Department.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to “3451-
Secretariat Economic Services - MH-090 Secretariat - SH(20) E.F.S. & T.
Department – 130 Office expenses –132 Other office expenses”.
3. The Environment, Forests, Science & Technology (Claims) Department
shall draw the amount sanctioned in para (1) above and credit in favour of
APCO Sales Emporium, Andhra Bank, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad, into Bank
A/C No.110310011003250, IFSC Code No.ANDB0001103 & MICR Code.
500011066, for settlement of the Bill.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
