From the Commissioner, Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation Lr.Roc.No. 67/2011/F6/C7, dated: 08.12.2011. O R D E R: In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner, Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation in the reference 3rd read above, Government hereby permit the appointing authority to regularize the services of the following 41 individuals (i.e. 30 Safaiwalas and 11 Merged Gram Panchayat Workers) against the proposed vacancies of Public Health Workers in Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation in terms of the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.212 Finance (PC.III)Department, dt: 22.04.1994 from prospective date i.e. the date of issue of orders by competent appointing authority, subject to condition that the said vacancies are clear, regular and continued from time to time till to date and no senior eligible is over looked / omitted, except two merged Gram Panchayat Workers i.e., Sri.K.Srinu and Sri.D.Suryanarayana were born on 05.12.1971 and 21.12.1970 respectively and have not completed the require service of 5 years as on cut off date 25.11.1993 attaining the age of 18 years, and therefore the two individuals are not eligible for regularization of their services:- SAFAIWALAS: Sl.
