ORDER:
Under Rule 15-C, of G.P.F. (Andhra Pradesh) Rules, sanction is
hereby accorded for drawal of an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One
Lakh only) to Sri Syed Ahmed Misbahuddin, Asst. Section Officer, Animal
Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries Department towards part-
final withdrawal from out of his General Provident Fund accumulations
(G.P.F Account No.AGRI /25822) so as to enable him to meet the medical
expenses of his son.
2. The amount of part-final withdrawal sanctioned in Para (1) above
shall be paid in one lump sum to the subscriber. A copy of the application
is appended to this order.
3. The Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development & Fisheries (OP Claims)
Department are requested to draw the amount and disburse it to the
individual
