From the Director of Municipal Administration, A.P., Hyderabad Lr.Roc.No. 18404/2007/A2, dt. 24.01.2012 **** ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, orders were issued posting Dr.N.Yagagiri Rao, Municipal Commissioner, Grade-II, working as Valuation Officer, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad as Commissioner, Nalgonda Municipality on his own pay in relaxation of ban orders, as a special case, in the existing vacancy. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Director of Municipal Administration, A.P., Hyderabad has informed that, Dr.N.Yadagiri Rao, Municipal Commissioner, Grade-II in his letter dated 16.1.2012 has informed that he is unable to join in Nalgonda Municipality, as Nalgonda is his native District and he has so many friends & relatives in the town with a request to consider and issue suitable revised posting orders to him. The Director of Municipal Administration, A.P., Hyderabad has therefore requested the Government to issue necessary orders in the matter. 3. Government after careful examination of the matter, in modification of orders issued in the reference 1st read above, Dr.N.Yadagiri Rao, Municipal Commissioner, Grade-II is posted back to Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad. 4. The Director of Municipal Administration, A.P., Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly and the Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad is requested to post Dr.N.Yadagiri Rao, Municipal Commissioner, Grade-II in a suitable post.
