ORDER:-
In the G.O. read above, the Government in Finance (Expr.MA&UD & EFS&T)
Dept., have issued Budget Release Order for Rs. 12.50 Lakhs (Rupees Twelve Lakhs
and Fifty thousand only), being 25% of the B.E.2011-12, as 4th quarter, under the
Plan Scheme, towards Regional Science Centre, Warangal, to the Member Secretary,
A.P. State Council of Science & Technology, Hyderabad.
2. Accordingly, Government hereby accord Administrative Sanction to the
Member Secretary, A.P. State Council of Science & Technology, Hyderabad, for the
releases made as at Para-1 above, under the following Head of Account: -

3. The concerned D.D.O. i.e., the Assistant Secretary to Government, Environment,
Forests, Science & Technology Department is authorized to draw the amount, by way
of Grant-in-Aid bill, and credit the same to the P.D.A/c. No. GA 216 (9/352) of the
Member Secretary, A.P. State Council of Science & Technology, Hyderabad, under
8449 – Other Deposits – 120 Miscellaneous Deposits – 74 – Deposits of Andhra
Pradesh State Council of Science & Technology.
4. The Member Secretary, A.P. State Council of Science & Technology,
Hyderabad, shall take necessary farther action, accordingly, duly following the
instructions issued by Finance Department, vide U.O.Note No.29875-
A/1283/A1/BG.1/2006, dt.25-11-2006, in incurring the expenditure and to furnish the
utilization certificate to the extent of the releases made now.
5. This Order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr. MA&UD & EFS&T)
Department vide their U.O.No.2372/12/A2/Expr.(M&F)/12, dt.20-3-2012.
