TDS Returns for the Financial years 2007-08 & 2010 -11. 2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to “3451- Secretariat Economic Services – MH-090 Secretariat – SH(20) E.F.S & T. Department – 130 Office expenses – 132 Order office expenses”. 3. The Environment, Forests, Science & Technology (Claims) Department shall draw the amount sanctioned in para (1) above and credit in favour of Siri & Company, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Dilsukhnagar Branch, Hyderabad into Bank A/c No. Bank Account No. 10911131000401, IFSC Code: ORBC0101091 & MICR Code: 500022019. 4.
