Abdul Rahman, Superintending Engineer, GHMC, Hyderabad, letter No.GHMC/Enquiry/ S.D.M./ 2011-12, dated 3.9.2011. 5.Govt.Memo.No.20508/Vig.I)2)/2006-12, MA&UD Deptt., dated 28.9.2011. 6.From Sri D.Marianna, formerly Executive Engineer, erstwhile Kukatpally Municipality, Hyderabad, explanation dated 20.10.2011. ***** ORDER: Whereas, in the reference Ist read above, orders were issued framing the charges against Sri D.Marianna, formerly Executive Engineer, erstwhile Kukatpally Municipality, Hyderabad, as per Rule 20 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991, on possession of assets disproportionate to his known sources of income. On examination of the matter, Sri P.Mohd. Abdul Rahman, Superintending Engineer, GHMC, Hyderabad has been appointed as Inquiry Authority vide reference 3rd read above. 2. And whereas, in the reference 4th read above, the Enquiry Officer has furnished Enquiry Report to Government, wherein the charges framed against the Charged Officer, Sri D.Marianna, Executive Engineer, erstwhile Kukatpally Municipality held not proved. In the reference 5th read above, the Enquiry Report was communicated to the Charged Officer. In the reference 6th read above, the Charged Officer, has submitted his explanation requesting to drop further action against him. 3. Government after careful examination of the matter, and in view of the findings of the Inquiring Authority, hereby drop further action against the Charged Officer, Sri D.Marianna, Executive Engineer, erstwhile Kukatpally Municipality. 4. The Engineer-in-Chief (PH), Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
