O R D E R:-
Sanction is hereby accorded for the payment of an amount of Rs.18,783/- (Rupees
Eighteen Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty Three Only) to M/s.Bigbee Telecom,
Hyderabad towards the supply and installation of following telephone instruments at the Chief
Minister’s Camp Office-cum-residence at Begumpet, Hyderabad.

2. The expenditure sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to “2013 Council of
Ministers – M.H.800 – Other Expenditure – S.H.(04) – Other Expenditure - 130 Office
Expenses – 132 other office expenses”.
3. The General Administration (Claims-C) Department are requested to draw and credit
the amount sanctioned in the para (1) above to M/s.Bigbee Telecom, Hyderabad to the
Account No.52082288858, State Bank of Hyderabad, MC Tankbund Branch, IFSC Code:
SBHY0020432, MICR Code: 500004039.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under the orders
in force.
