Repn. from, O.S., of E.F.S&T Dept., Dated.22-3-2012. * * * O R D E R : The Government in G.O. 3rd read above have supplied uniform cloth to the Drivers, Roneo Operator, Jamedars & Office Subordinates for stitching and wearing the dress in Environment, Forests, Science & Technology Department. Sri S.N.Bhupathi Rao, (Tailor), H.No. 5-2-709, Resala Abdullah, Hyderabad has stitched the (30) pairs of uniform of male employees and (6) Blouses of female employees of Environment, Forests, Science & Technology Department and submitted bill for an amount of Rs.5,670/- for payment. In terms of orders issued in G.O. 2nd read above, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.5,670/- (Rupees Five Thousand Six Hundred and Seventy only) towards cost of stitching charges for (30) pairs of uniform of male employees @ Rs. 180/- per pair and (6) Blouses of female employees @ Rs.45/- for each blouse stitched and supplied for the use of Drivers, Roneo Operator, Jamedars & Office Subordinates of Environment, Forests, Science & Technology Department in favour of Sri S.N.Bhupathi Rao, Tailor, H.No. 5-2-709, Resala Abdullah, Hyderabad. The above expenditure shall be debited to “3451 – Secretariat Economic Services – MH-090 Secretariat – SH(20), E.F.S&T Department – 130 Office expenses – 132 Other office expenses”. 3. The Environment, Forests, Science & Technology (Claims) Department shall draw the amount sanctioned in para (1) above and credit in favour of S.N.Bhupaathi Rao,Statae Bank of Hyerabad, A.P.
