MA & UD &EFS&T) Dept., dt: 24-03-2012. ***** ORDER: In the letter 4th read above, the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Hyderabad has reported that the Centrally Sponsored Scheme R.V.P. Machkund- Sileru Basin is being implemented by the department under the Macro Management of Agriculture. The pattern of assistance under this scheme is 90:10 between the Central and State Governments. He has also reported that the Commissioner and Director of Agriculture (Nodal Agency) has allocated an amount of Rs.250.00 lakhs ie. (Rs.225.00 lakhs Central Share + Rs.25.00 lakhs as State Share) for implementation of River Valley Project Scheme (Afforestation etc. in Machkund - Sileru Basin) by the Forest Department during the year 2011-2012. Based on this, the Government have issued BRO & Administrative Sanction Order vide G.O. 2nd & 3rd read above for only an amount of Rs.100.00 lakhs towards central share and the remaining balance amount of Rs.150.00 lakhs (Rs.125.00 lakhs central share + Rs.25.00 lakhs state share) is to be released. He has requested the Govt. to obtain the BRO from Finance Department and issue administrative sanction order for Rs.150.00 lakhs (Rupees 125.00 lakhs Central Share + Rs.25.00 lakhs State Share) for 2011-12 towards works and other than works. 2. In the G.O. 5th read above, the Finance (Expr. MA & UD & EFS&T) Department has issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.125.00 lakhs (Rupees One Crore and Twenty Five Lakhs Only) as Central Share from B.E. 2011-12 for implementation of Centrally Sponsored Scheme of River Valley Project (Machkund-Sileru Basin) under Macro management of Agriculture during 2011-12. 3. In view of the Budget Release Orders issued by Finance (Expr. MA &UD & EFS&T) Department in the G.O. 5th read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction, to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, A.P., Hyderabad to incur an expenditure to an amount of Rs.125.00 lakhs ( Rupees One Crore Twenty Five Lakhs only) as Central Share from B.E. 2011-12 for implementation of Centrally Sponsored Scheme of River Valley Project (Machkund-Sileru Basin) under Macro management of Agriculture during 2011-12, under the following Heads of account.
