EFS&T – APCOST – Budget Estimates 2011-12 – Budget release for Rs. 2.95 lakhs (Two Lakhs and
Ninety five thousand only), as additional funds towards payment of remuneration to the outsourcing
staff in A.P. State Council of Science & Technology (APCOST), Hyderabad – Administrative Sanction
– Orders – Issued.

Read the following:

ORDER:-
The Member Secretary, A.P. State Council of Science & Technology (APCOST),
Hyderabad, vide his letter 1st read above, has requested the Government to sanction and release
an amount of Rs.2.95 lakhs under the budget head “300- contractual services” to APCOST
towards remuneration of the posts proposed for filling up on outsourcing basis.
2. The Government in Finance (Expr.MA&UD & EFS&T) Dept., vide G.O 2nd read
above, have issued Budget Release Order for a sum of Rs. 2.95 Lakhs (Two Lakhs and
Ninety Five thousand only), as additional funds towards payment of remuneration to the
outsourcing staff in A.P. State Council of Science & Technology (APCOST), Hyderabad.
3. Subsequently, in partial modification of the orders issued vide G.O. 2nd read above, an
amendment is issued vide G.O. 4th read above.
4. Accordingly, Government hereby accord Administrative Sanction to the Member
Secretary, A.P. State Council of Science & Technology, Hyderabad, for the release made as
at para-2 and 3 above, under the following Head of Account:-

5. The concerned D.D.O. i.e., the Assistant Secretary to Government, Environment,
Forests, Science & Technology Department is authorised to draw the amount, by way of Grant-
in-Aid bill and credit the same to the P.D.A/c. No.GA 216 (9/352) of the Member Secretary,
A.P. State Council of Science & Technology, Hyderabad, under 8449 – Other Deposits – 120
Miscellaneous Deposits – 74 – Deposits of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Science &
Technology.
6. The Member Secretary, A.P. State Council of Science & Technology, Hyderabad shall
take necessary further action accordingly, duly following the instructions issued by Finance
Department, vide their U.O.Note No.29875-A/1283/A1/BG.1/2006, dt.25-11-2006, in
incurring the expenditure and to furnish the utilization certificate to the extent of the releases
made now.
7. This Order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr. MA & UD & EFS&T)
Department vide their U.O.Nos. 22541/101/A2/Expr.(M&F)/11, dt.31-10-2011 and
4792/27/A2/Expr. (M&F) 12, dt.22-3-2012.
