Issued.

Cheques issued by PAO, Sctt. Branch, Hyd., in favour of Asst./ Dy.
Commr. of Income Tax, TDS Circle 14(2).
ORDER:
There are (44) Cheques issued by PAO, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad in
favour of Asst./Dy. Commissioner of Income Tax, TDS Circle 14(2) pertains to
for the past three years i.e., 2006, 2009, 2010 & 2011, which are not credited to
Income Tax Department due to Administrative reasons.
In this matter, when the Finance Department is consulted, they have
informed that the requirement in connection with the payment of TDS shall be
met from the provision made in B.E. 2011-12 under the Head of Account, where
it was earlier debited.
Accordingly, sanction is, hereby, accorded for payment of the following
amounts under the different Heads, as mentioned below:-
2013 – Council of Ministers - Rs. 1,07,679/-
3451 – Secretariat Economic Services
MH.090 – Secretariat
SH(20) – E.F.S. & T. Dept.
300 – Contractual Services - Rs. 4,861/-
130-Office Expenses/ 134-Hiring
Private Vehicles - Rs. 8,872/-
The Environment, Forests, Science & Technology Department shall draw
the amount sanctioned, at para (3) above, by way of an account payee cheque, in
favour of the Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax, TDS Circle 14(2).
This order is issued in the concurrence of Finance Department U.O.
No. 33884/429/A1/Expr.(M&F)/12, dated 13.02.2012.
