Raidu, IAS (Retired) formerly Director of Civil Supplies, A.P., Hyderabad, for reimbursement of the expenditure incurred by her i.e 26,079/- for the treatment of his wife for “ Carcinoma L Breast F2 N1 Mo” as Out- Patient during the period from 04-04-2011 to 03-09-2011 at Soumya Multi Specialty Hospital” Secunderabad. 2. The Director of Medical Education, Govt of AP, Koti, Hyderabad in his report 4th read above after scrutiny of the medical bills of the officer has recommended for the net admissible amount of Rs.26,079/-. 3. Government, after careful examination hereby accord sanction for payment of an amount of Rs. 26,079/-( Rupees Twenty Six thousand and Seventy Nine only). to Sri.D.V. Raidu, IAS (Retired) formerly Director of Civil Supplies, A.P., Hyderabad towards reimbursement of the expenditure incurred by her for the treatment of his wife for “ Carcinoma L Breast F2 N1 Mo” as Out- Patient during the period from 04-04-2011 to 03-09-2011 at Soumya Multi Specialty Hospital” Secunderabad. 4.
