MA & UD Department – Budget Estimate for the year 2011-12 – Release of an amount of
Rs.100.00 Lakhs (Rupees One Crore only) as Assistance to Quli Qutub Shah Urban
Development Authority towards 4th quarter under Plan Scheme – Administrative Sanction –
Accorded -Orders – Issued.

O R D E R :
In the reference 6th read above, the Finance (Expr. MA & UD & EFS&T) Department has
issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.100.00 Lakhs, as Assistance to Quli Qutub
Shah Urban Development Authority towards 4th quarter of Budget Estimates 2011-12 under
Plan Scheme .
2 After careful examination, Government hereby accord Administrative Sanction for an
amount of Rs.100.00 Lakhs (Rupees One Crore Only) , towards implementation of Plan scheme
“Assistance to Quli Qutub Shah Urban Development Authority.”
3. The amount sanctioned in para (2) above shall be incurred from the Budget Release
Orders issued in the reference 6th read above and debited to the following Head of
Account:-

4 The Assistant Secretary to Government and Drawing and Disbursing Officer, Municipal
Administration & Urban Development (OP) Department shall draw the amount sanctioned in
para (2) above and adjust the amount to the P.D. Account No. 29 of Quli Qutub Shah Urban
Development Authority, Hyderabad.

5. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested to
authorize to adjust the amount sanctioned in para (2) above to the P.D. Account No.29 of Quli
Qutub Shah Urban Development Authority, Hyderabad.
6. The Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad is requested to adjust the amount sanctioned in
para 2 above to the P.D. Account No.29 of Quli Qutub Shah Urban Development Authority,
Hyderabad.
7 The Administrator, Quli Qutub Shah Urban Development Authority, Hyderabad is
requested to furnish the expenditure particulars and utilization certificate to the Accountant
General, AP, Hyderabad and to Government on monthly basis, without fail.
8. This order is issued based on the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (Exp. MA
& UD & EFS&T) Department in the reference third read above.
