Jaihind Reddy , Municipal Commissioner (U/s),Kagaznagar Municipality, dt:18.12.2010 3. From the DMA, Hyd Lr.Roc.No.20598/2009/C3, dt:03.02.2012. O R D E R Whereas, an inquiry under Rule-20 of A.P. Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991 is being held on the allegation of Non furnishing of information under RTI Act to Smt D.Arunakumari by the Sri A. Jaihind Reddy, the then Municipal Commissioner(Retd), Kagaznagar Municipality, and he had failed to attend before the State Information Commission etc., 2. After examination of the Written Statement of Defense of the above charged officer ,it is considered that an Inquiring authority should be appointed to inquire into the charges framed against Sri A. Jaihind Reddy, the then Municipal Commissioner(Retd), Kagaznagar Municipality, mentioned in para (1) above. 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule(2) of Rule-20 of the said rules, the disciplinary authority hereby appoints Sri R.Sambasiva Rao, , Regional Director-cum-Appellate Commissioner, Warangal as Inquiry Authority to inquire into the charges framed against Sri A. Jaihind Reddy, the then Municipal Commissioner(Retd), Kagaznagar Municipality, 4. The Enquiry Officer shall submit his report within ( two ) month’s time to Government. 5. The Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad shall provide the required material such as articles of charges, explanation of Charged Officers etc., to the Enquiry Officer.
