G.O.Rt.No.175, MA&UD(L1) Dept., dt.09-01-2012 O R D E R Whereas, an inquiry under Rule-20 of A.P. Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991 is being held on the allegation of Non furnishing of information under RTI Act to Smt D.Arunakumari by Sri Sri A. Jaihind Reddy, the then Municipal Commissioner(Retd) Kagaznagar Municipality and also he had failed to attend before the State Information Commission etc., 2. In the reference 4th read above, orders were issued appointing Inquiry Officer in this case. 3. After examination of the matter, it is considered that a Presenting Officer should be appointed to present the case in support of the Articles of Charges on behalf of the disciplinary authority. 4. Now, therefore, the disciplinary authority, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-rule (5) of Rule 20 of the A.P. Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991, hereby appoint Sri C.V.N.Raju, Municipal Commissioner , Kagaznagar Municipality, as Presenting Officer. 5. The Presenting Officer shall obtain and present the case on behalf of Disciplinary Authority before the Inquiring authority.
