Note No: 525/COI –JR/2006-1, dated: 23.01.12 ***** ORDER: In the G.O. first read above orders have been issued appointing Sri. Janak Raj, IPS (Retd) Commissioner of Inquires as Inquiry Authority, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule-20 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC & A) Rules, 1991, to inquire into the charges framed against Sri V. Shanker Narayana ACP (Retd) and two others of erstwhile of Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad. 2. And whereas in the reference 2nd read above, the General Administration (COI.JR) Department has informed that the G.A.(Spl-A) Dept have issued orders appointing Sri Lingaraj Panigrahi IAS as Commissioner of Inquires and decided to reassign the case to Sri Lingaraj Panigrahi IAS as Commissioner of Inquires. 3. Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 20 of APCS (CCA) Rules 1991 the disciplinary authority hereby appoint Sri Lingaraj Panigrahi IAS as Commissioner of Inquires as Inquiry Authority in place of Sri Janak Raj, IPS(Retd) COI to enquire in to the charges framed against Sri V. Shanker Narayana, ACP (Retd) Sri Mohd Mahamood, the then Section Officer and S. Vijay Kumar, the then Section Officer erstwhile Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad for violation of Rules and Regulations in the allegation of unauthorized construction at premises D. No. 6-3-787 at Ameerpet, Hyderabad. 4. The Inquiry Authority is requested to submit the enquiry report to Government with in three months.
