Wakf Board L.No.66/B1/Board/10,dt.8-12-2011. *** ORDER:- In the G.O., 1st read above, Government have issued notification appointing Sri Mohd. Hussain, Member, A.P. Bar Council, Hyderabad as a Member to the A.P. State Wakf Board, Hyderabad Under Section 14(1) (b) (iii) of Wakf Act, 1995. 2. In the G.O. 2nd read above, orders were issued extending the term of Sri Mohd. Hussain, Advocate, as Member of A.P. State Wakf Board, Hyderabad for another six months with effect from 20-6-2011 or till the elected body of the Bar Council of A.P. Hyderabad is formed which ever is earlier. 3. In the reference 3rd read above, the Chief Executive Officer, A.P. State Wakf Board, Hyderabad has informed that Janab Mohd. Hussain, Bar Council member appointed as a Member of A.P. State Wakf Board, U/s (14) (b)(iii) of Wakf Act,1995. The Term of Bar Council Membership is going to be expired on 20-12-2011 and requested for further orders. No communication has been received so far either from the Member or from the Bar Council of A. P. Hyderabad in the matter. 4. Government hereby terminate the Services of Sri Mohd. Hussain, Advocate, as a Member of A.P. State Wakf Board, Hyderabad with retrospective effect from 19-12-2011 A.N.
