P.Viswanadham, the then Municipal Commissioner., (Retd) Ongole Municipality, dt.09-01-2012. *** O R D E R In the reference 1st and 2nd read above, disciplinary proceedings were initiated against Sri.P.Viswanadham, the then Municipal Commissioner., (Retd) formerly at Ongole Municipality and others by issueing articles of charges for the failure to protect the Municipal sites, causing loss of revenue to the Municipality etc., 2. In the reference 3rd read above, the Charged Officer (Retd) has submitted his Written Statement of Defense, wherein he has categorically denied all the Charges and also requested the Government to consider his case in terms of Rule 9(2)(b)(ii) of APRPR 1980, and exonerate him from the charges and drop further action against him. 3. Government after careful examination of the matter including the Written Statement of Defense of Sri. P. Viswanadham, the then Municipal Commissioner, (Retd), Ongole Municipality hereby drop further action against him and exonerated him of the charges. 4. The Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
