From the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad Letter Rc.No.2252/CDS/2011, Dated.14-12- 2011. ***** ORDER: Sri U.Prabhakar, A.S.O has submitted medical claim for Rs.1,146/- towards medical treatment obtained for his mother on 05-09-2011 as outpatient in NIMS Hospital, Hyderabad. 2. In the reference 3rd read above, the bills have been sent to the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat with a request to scrutiny the bills and intimate the eligible amount to be sanctioned. 3. The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad, after scrutiny the bills, considered an amount of Rs.1,146/- as admissible for reimbursement. 4. Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.1,146/- (Rupees One Thousand One Hundred and Forty Six only) to Sri U.Prabhakar, A.S.O, RSAD Department towards medical expenses incurred by him towards his mother’s treatment in terms of APIMA Rules, 1954 and as certified by the Civil Surgeon. 5. The amount sanctioned in Para-4 above shall be debited to “3451 – Secretariat Economic Services – 090 – Secretariat – 26 – Rain Shadow Areas Development Department – 010 – Salaries -017 Medical Reimbursement –Voted”. 6. The RSAD (Claims) Department is requested to remit the same in the account in favour of Sri.U.Prabhakar, A.S.O, RSAD Department. 7. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders in force.
