From Sri.Sikharam Sambasiva Rao, Municipal Commissioner( Retired), representation dated 24.8.2011 *** O R D E R : In the reference 3rd read above, Sri.Sikharam Sambasiva Rao, Municipal Commissioner(Retired) among others have requested the Government to sanction retirement gratuity as per his eligibility in terms of orders issued in the references 1st and 2nd read above. 2. Government after careful examination of the matter observed that certain charges have been framed against Sri.Sikharam Sambasiva Rao, Municipal Commissioner, Retired vide G.O.Rt.No.431, dated 24.3.2005 and the said departmental proceedings have reached to the stage of conclusion. Further it is observed that a portion of pension only is going to be withheld on conclusion of said departmental proceedings. 3. Government, therefore hereby sanction 80% of retirement gratuity to Sri.Sikharam Sambasiva Rao, Municipal Commissioner(Retired) as per his eligibility and as per orders issued in reference 2nd read above. 4.
