From the Director of Municipal Administration (I/c), A.P., Hyderabad Lr.Roc.No.1283/2011/J1, Dated 31.10.2011 *** O R D E R : In his letter 2nd read above, the Director of Municipal Administration, A.P., Hyderabad has informed that in their letter dated 13.5.2011, the Accountant General, A.P., Hyderabad was requested to release Provisional Pension to Sri.B.Nagabhushanam, Municipal Commissioner (Retired) as there are some disciplinary cases pending against the retired officer. But, the Accountant General, A.P., Hyderabad has requested to obtain sanction orders from the Government for release of Provisional Pension to Sri.B.Nagabhushanam, Municipal Commissioner (Retired). The Director of Municipal Administration, A.P., Hyderabad has therefore requested the Government to issue necessary orders for payment of provisional pension to Sri.B.Nagabhushanam, Municipal Commissioner, Special Grade at an early date, so as to send the same to Accountant General, A.P., Hyderabad for release of Provisional Pension to the said retired officer. 2. Government, after careful examination of the matter, under Rule 52 (1)(a) of Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980 read with orders issued in the reference 1st read above, hereby accord sanction for payment of provisional pension to Sri.B.Nagabhushanam, Municipal Commissioner(Retired), at the rate of 75% (Seventy five percent only) of the normal pension entitlement to the individual from the date of his retirement till finalization of disciplinary cases pending against him. 3.
