From the RDMA,Anantapur Lr.Roc.No.1282/2010/A3, dt:02.01.2012 *** ORDER: It has been brought to the notice of Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad by the District Election Commissioner & Collector,Anantapur District that Sri B.Krishna Mohan , Manager & in charge Municipal Commissioner and Sri K.Ram Prasad Reddy, Head Master , Municipal High School , Kutagallu of Kadiri Municipality are held responsible for allowing School premises for unauthorized political campaign purpose, while Model Code of Conduct was in force. 2. Accordingly, the Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration in the reference 1st read above has forwarded necessary proposals to Government for initiation of disciplinary proceedings against Sri B.Krishna Mohan, Manager & in charge Municipal Commissioner and another of Kadiri Municipality. 3 Government have initiated disciplinary proceedings against Sri B.Krishna Mohan, Manager & in charge Municipal Commissioner of Kadiri Municipality vide reference 2nd read above. The above charged officer has submitted his explanation vide reference 3rd read above , wherein he has denied the charges .Subsequently, the case was entrusted for departmental enquiry by appointing Sri B.Murali Krishna Goud , Regional Director –Cum-Appellate Commissioner ,Anantapur as Enquiry Officer to enquire into the charges framed against the Charged Officers in the reference 4th read above . 4. In the reference 6th read above, the Enquiry Officer has brought to the notice of the Government that the above charged officer was expired on 30.11.2011 and forwarded Death Certificates and requested the Government , to issue necessary orders as charged officers were expired. 5 Government after careful examination of the matter have decided to abate further disciplinary action against late Sri B.Krishna Mohan , Manager & In charge Municipal Commissioner (Now expired), Accordingly, Government hereby abate further action in the disciplinary case against Sri B.Krishna Mohan, Manager, & in charge Municipal Commissioner, Kadiri Municipality as he expired on 30.11.2011. P.T.O-2- 6. The Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad shall take necessary action for payment of pensionary benefits to the legal heirs.
