O R D E R:
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Municipal Administration,
Hyderabad in the reference read above, Government after careful examination of the
matter, hereby permit the Commissioner, Rajahmundry Municipal Corporation to
allow minimum time scale (i.e, Basic + DA) without any other benefits in Revised
Pay Scales-2010 to the (2) NMRs i.e, Sri K.Appala Raju and M.Nageswara Rao of
Rajahmundry Municipal Corporation from prospective date i.e, date of issue of orders
by competent authority, subject to meeting the additional expenditure with in the
budget provision of the Municipal Corporation and extension of minimum time scale
shall not confer any right for regularization of services of the individuals.
2. The Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad shall take further
necessary action accordingly.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (PC-III) Department vide
their U.O.No.1035/13/A1/PC-III/2012, Dated:27.01.2012.
