Written Retpn of Sri M.A Sattar, the then S.O. dt:20.10.11 **** ORDER In the reference 1st read above, Government have framed charges against Sri M.A. Sattar the then Section Officer, erstwhile Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad , for failure to supervise the activities of Town Planning authorities in detecting the unauthorized constructions at premises No. 7-4-446/6 East Srinivasnagar colony, Ameerpet Hyderabad . 2. In the reference 2nd read above, Sri M.A. Sattar the then Section Officer, erstwhile Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad, has submitted his Written Statement of Defence. After examination of the written statement of Defense, Government have appointed Sri. Ravi Kiran, the then Deputy Commissioner, as Inquiring Authority to enquire into the charges vide reference 1st read above. 3. In the reference 3rd read, above the Inquiry Authority has submitted his enquiry report to Government, wherein he held that charges are not proved against Sri M.A. Sattar the then Section Officer, erstwhile Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad. 4. Government after careful examination of the matter decided to exonerate Sri M.A. Sattar the then Section Officer, erstwhile Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad, from the charges and to drop further action against him. 5. Accordingly, Government hereby exonerate Sri M.A. Sattar the then Section Officer, erstwhile Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad, from the charges and drop further action against him.//2// / 6. The Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action, accordingly.
