O R D E R
Whereas in the reference 1st read above, Sri A.B.Venkateswara Rao, IPS.,
Member C.O.I. General Administration Department has been appointed as Inquiry
Authority to enquire into the charges framed against 1. Sri P.Thimma Reddy, the
then city planner 2.Sri.K.Dhanunjaya Reddy, the then City Planner, 3. Sri.K.
Prasada Rao, TPBO 4.Sri. V.G.S.Prabhakara Rao, TPS 5 .Sri.B.Guruva Reddy, the
then TPBO and 6.Sri T.S.R. Anjaneyulu, the then Municipal Commissioner for
allowing unauthorized construction of several apartments / complexes in
Municipal Corporation, Rajahmundry.
2. Whereas in the reference 2nd read above, on further examination,
Government have dropped further action against Sri P.Thimma Reddy, the then
City Planner and Sri T.S.R. Anjaneyulu, the then Municipal Commissioner,
Rajahmundry Municipal Corporation and also deleted their names from the
Inquiry.
3. Whereas in the reference 4th read above, the General Administration
(Commissioner of Inquiries-R) Dept., has requested to issue revised orders
appointing Sri K.Pradeep Chandra, IAS, Commissioner of Inquiries, General
Administration Department as Inquiring Authority in place of Sri Janak Raj, IPS,
(Retd.) Member C.O.I., General Administration Department as he was retired
from the post of Commissioner of Inquiries.
4. Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of
rule-20 of APCS (CC&A) Rules, 1991, the Government hereby reassign to Sri
K.Pradeep Chandra, IAS, Commissioner of Inquiries, General Administration
Department as Inquiring Authority in place of Sri Janak Raj, IPS, (Retd.) to
inquire into the charges framed against 1.Sri K.Dhanunjaya Reddy, the then City
Planner, 2.Sri K. Prasada Rao, TPBO 3.Sri V.G.S.Prabhakara Rao, TPS and 4. Sri
B.Guruva Reddy, the then TPBO, for allowing unauthorized construction of
several apartments/complexes in Municipal Corporation, Rajahmundry.
5. The Inquiry Authority is requested to submit the report at the earliest.
