1.G.O. Ms. No. 246, M.W. (Wakf-I) Department Dated 24-12-2011.
2.From Sri Abdul Mazeed, Khazi, Anantapur representation
dated: 21-01-2012 received with Endt.No. 182/M(MW,Wakf
& UA)/2012,dated: 28-01-2012.

ORDER:-
In the reference 1st read above, Sri S.Md. Ibrahim Rashadi has been
appointed as Government Khazi for Anantapur Town and nearby Mandals
based on the reports of the Tahsildar, Anantapur and District Collector.
In the reference 2nd read above, Sri Abdul Mazeed Government
Khazi Anantapur Town has objected to the appointment of
Sri S.Md. Ibrahim Rashadi as Khazi in Anantapur District on the following
grounds:-
i) He has illegal contacts with a rich Hindu women.
The issue created nuisance between Muslim and
Hindu Community in Anantapur.
ii) He has canvassed on behalf of one party during
elections, which has been objected by the Muslim Community.
2. Government after careful consideration hereby suspend the orders of
appointment of S.Md. Ibrahim Rashadi Government Khazi for Anantapur
Town and nearby Mandals under Section 2 of the Khazi’s Act 1880
pending detailed enquiry with immediate effect.
3. The Chief Executive Officer A. P. State Wakf Board, Hyderabad and
District Collector, Anantapur shall take necessary action as per rules.
