No. 299, Minorities Welfare (MFC) Department, Dt. 24.11.2011. …………… ORDER:- In the G.O. first read above, Finance (Expr.SW) Department have issued Budget Release Order to the Minorities Welfare Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad for an amount of Rs. 57,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty seven lakhs only) towards Assistance to Dairatul Marif-il-Osmania as additional funds under PLAN funds of 2011-12 in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders subject to obtaining funds by way of Supplementary Grant during 2011-12 at an appropriate time and requested to issue Administrative Sanction Order. 2. Accordingly, in the G.O. second and third read above, administrative sanction orders were issued being 1st to 3rd quarter provision of the Budget Estimates for the financial year 2011-12 towards “Assistance to Dairatul Marif-il-Osmania” under the Plan Scheme. 3. The 4th Quarter release for an amount of Rs. 14,25,000/- (Rupees Fourteen lakhs and Twenty five thousands only) towards salaries of staff, which was sanctioned as additional funds as explained above, has fallen due. The same is now released towards Assistance to Dairatul Marif-il-Osmania, Hyderabad towards payment of salaries to the staff. 4. The Expenditure on account of the above shall be debited to the following head of account as detailed below:- “2225 - Welfare of SCs/STs/OBCs 80 - General MH-800 – Other Expenditure SH (19) - Assistance to Dairatul Marif-il-Osmania 310/312 - OGIA” 5. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, i.e., Assistant Secretary to Government, Minorities Welfare (OP/Claims) Department is authorized to draw and disburse the amount as detailed at para 3 in favour of the Institution for meeting the expenditure in connection with payment of salaries to the staff.
