ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.14,924/- (Rupees Fourteen Thousand
Nine Hundred and Twenty Four Only) to Andhra Pradesh State Civil Supplies Corporation
Limited, Hyderabad towards supply of Petrol, Diesel, Oil and other Lubricants for the following
vehicles of RSAD Department during the month of January, 2012.

2. The expenditure sanctioned in the above para shall be debited to “3451 - Secretariat
Economic Services - 090 - Secretariat - 26 - Rain Shadow Areas Development Department - 240
– Petrol, Oil and Lubricants”.
3. The Rain Shadow Areas Development (Claims) Department is requested to remit the
same in the account in favour of the District Manager, APSCSCL, Hyderabad i.e., 52088415021,
SBH., A.P.Secretariat.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per orders in
force.
