ORDER: Whereas in the reference 1st read above Dr.Subhrendu Battacharya, IAS, Member, Commissioner of Inquiries, GAD has been appointed as Inquiring Authority to inquire into the charges framed against Sri P.Yoganand, Municipal Commissioner, and 26 Nodal Officers of Kadapa Municipal Corporation, Kadapa under Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Service (CC&A) Rules, 1991. 2. And whereas in the reference 2nd read above, GA(COI_R) Department has issued instructions regarding re-assignment of cases from Dr. Subhrendu Battacharya, IAS (Retd), Member, COI to Sri Jitender, IPS, Member, COI, General Administration Department and requested to issue revised orders accordingly. 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rules (2) and of Rule- 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Service (CC&A) Rules, 1991 the disciplinary authority hereby appoint Sri Jitender, IPS Member, Commissioner of Inquiries, as Inquiry officer in place of Dr. Subhrendu Battacharya, IAS (Retd), Member, COI to inquire into the charges framed against Sri P.Yoganand Municipal Commissioner and 26 Nodal Officers during the implementation of ILCS Programme at Kadapa Municipality. 4. The Enquiry Officer is requested to submit his report within a month.
