From the Director of Municipal Administration Hyderabad Lr.Roc.No.15999/2008-M2, Dated.16.01.2012. -OoO- O R D E R:- In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad, in his letter letters 1st and 3rd read above, and keeping inview the orders of the Hon’ble APAT Hyderabad in the reference 2nd read above, Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord permission to the Director of Municipal Administration for deemed regularization of services of the deceased Smt. Gaddam Jayamma against the proposed vacancy of Scavenger in terms of G.O.Ms.No.212 Finance (PC.III) Department dated.22.04.1994 read with G.O.Ms.No.118 Finance (PC.III) Department, dated.18.08.1999, subject to condition that the said vacancy is clear, regular and continued from time to time till date and no senior eligible person is overlooked / omitted. He is also accorded permission to provide compassionate appointment to her son Sri Gaddam Nagaiah as per his educational qualifications. 2. The Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad shall take necessary further action accordingly. 3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (PC.III) department vide their U.O.No.3108/58/A1/PC.III/2012, Dated.07.02.2012.
