Hari Krishna, Deputy Dierctor, (Retd) Explanation dt. 10.09.2011 -****- O R D E R: In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner of Civil Supplies, Hyderabad has initiated Departmental proceedings under rule 20 of APCS (CC&A) Rules against Sri. B. Hari Krishna, Deputy Director, Office of the Commissioner of Civil Supplies, Hyderabad, and accordingly articles of charges were issued and he is directed to submit his written statement of defense with in 10 days of the receipt of order. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, Sri. B. Hari Krishna, Deputy Director, Office of the Commissioner of Civil Supplies, has submitted his written statement of defense and requested to drop further action against him. 3. Government have examined the matter with reference to the material available on record and after careful consideration of the matter observed that there is no financial loss to the State Government and decided to drop further action against him. 4. Accordingly, further action against Sri. B. Hari Krishna, Deputy Director, Office of the Commissioner of Civil Supplies, Hyderabad, is hereby dropped.
