(cid:68)(cid:68)(cid:68) O R D E R: - In the reference 1st read above, Government have issued certain guidelines for constituting the Screening Committees for the posts of 1st and 2nd Level Gazetted posts. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, Government have constituted the Screening Committee for initial and 2nd level Gazetted posts of Town Planning Department for a period of two years with effect from 29-07-2007 and in the reference 3rd read above, Government have extended the period of Screening Committee for a further period of two years with effect from 29-07-2009. 3. In the circumstances reported by the Director of Town and Country Planning, A.P., Hyderabad in the reference 4th read above, Government hereby extend the period of Screening Committee with the following Members for initial and 2nd level Gazetted posts of Town Planning Department for a further period of two years with effect from 29-07-2011:- 1 Director of Town & Country Planning, A.P., Member/Convenor Hyderabad 2 Engineer-in-Chief (Public Health), A.P., Member Hyderabad 3 Special Secretary / Additional Secretary / Joint Secretary / Deputy Secretary to Government Member (in-charge of DTCP subject) in MA&UD Department, A.P.
