V.V.Kanya Kumari, the then Municipal Commissioner, Sri P.Ramanajulu Reddy, the then Sanitary Inspector and Sri G.Vijaya Bhasker Reddy, the then Municipal Engineer of Bhongir Municipality on certain allegations of corruption and misappropriation in purchase of Sanitary items etc, in Bhongir Municipality. 2. Whereas it is considered that an Inquiry authority should be appointed to inquire into the charges framed against Smt. V.V.Kanya Kumari, the then Municipal Commissioner, Sri P.Ramanajulu Reddy, the then Sanitary Inspector and Sri G.Vijaya Bhasker Reddy, the then Municipal Engineer of Bhongir Municipality. 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule-20 of the said rules, the disciplinary authority hereby appoints Sri N.Amaraiah, Deputy Commissioner, Uppal Circle, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad as Enquiry officer to inquire into the charges framed against Smt. V.V.Kanya Kumari, the then Municipal Commissioner, Sri P.Ramanajulu Reddy, the then Sanitary Inspector and Sri G.Vijaya Bhasker Reddy, the then Municipal Engineer of Bhongir Municipality on certain allegations of corruption and misappropriation in purchase of Sanitary items etc., in Bhongir Municipality. 4.
