From Managing Director, HMWS&SB, Hyderabad letter No.HMWSSB/DOP/T5- S4/11-12/1996, dated 22.07.2011. 2. From M.D. HMWS&SB, Hyderabad, Lr.No:DOP/T5-S4/Division XII/Govt Lr/2011-12/4584 Dt:11.01.2012 O R D E R: In the letters read above, the Managing Director, Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board, Hyderabad, has informed that the Hon’ble M.L.A, Quthbullapur during the visit of Hon’ble Minister for Municipal Administration has represented to lay a newline and construct OHSR at Gajularamaram to provide water to Gajularamaram Village. He has further informed that under long term proposal as per the Master plan, an OHSR is proposed duly constructing a Pump house at Jeedimetla and laying a feeder main of 450 mm dia for about 4.0 Kms. length costing about Rs.16.00 crores, under JICA loan assistance Project. Hence, the Managing Director, Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board, Hyderabad, has proposed to extend 450 mm dia feeder main from Roda Mystry Nagar to Gajularamaram as short term proposal, and requested the Government for sanction an amount of Rs.250.00 lakhs towards above feeder main for providing Water Supply to Gajularamaram Village under Quthbullapur Mandal. 2. Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord Administrative Sanction to the Managing Director, Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board, Hyderabad, for extension of 450 mm dia feeder main from Roda Mystry Nagar to Gajularamaram, with an estimated cost of Rs.250.00 Lakhs, towards providing of Water Supply to Gajularamaram Village under Quthbullapur Mandal. 3. The expenditure sanctioned at para 2 above shall be met from the funds available under the Head of Account “2215-01-190-GH-11-SH(06)- Extension and Improvement of Water Supply and Sewerage works -310/312 – other Grant-in Aid”. 4. The Managing Director, Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board, Hyderabad, shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly. 5.
