From ENC (PH), Hyderabad Lr.No.777/T3/NRT/WS/UIDSSMT/2009, Dated: 25.10.2010 and 31.10.2011. 3. From Managing Director, APUFIDC Ltd., Hyderabad Lr.No.30703/ APUFIDC/UIDSSMT /Narsaraopet/WS/2010, Dated: 13.6.2011. <>0<> ORDER: In the G.O. 1st read above, orders were issued according administrative sanction to Narsaraopet Water Supply Improvement Scheme for an amount of Rs.1657.00 lakhs under UIDSSMT with the following method of financing: Sl.No. Agency Share ( Rs. in Lakhs) 1. Central share (80%) 931.00 2. State share (10%) 116.00 3. ULB ( 10% of state share + in admissible 610.00 components) Total: 1657.00 2. The Engineer-in-Chief (Public Health), Hyderabad vide reference 2nd read above, has submitted that the technical sanction was accorded for Rs.1657.00 lakhs vide Engineer-in-Chief(PH) R.No.182/2007-08,dt.22.2.2008 and accordingly tenders were invited through EPC system and the work was entrusted to M/s Megha Engineering and Infrastructures Limited, Hyderabad. 3 The Engineer-in-Chief (Public Health), Hyderabad has further submitted that the components of works are in good progress and during the execution of scheme the necessity of taking of the following additional items was found essential for successful completion of water supply scheme. a) Clear Water sump: Clear water sump is to included in the original sanctioned estimate even though the same is included in the original DPR. And as per the approved hydraulic designs by the S.E.(PH) Guntur the clear water sump is essentially required b) Clear water Feeder main to ELSRs: 280mm dia HDPE main: the length of 280 MM dia feeder mains is increased form 580 mts to 4380 as per approved design by the S.E. (PH) to give connections to the ongoing ELSRs in Zone-1 & Zone-3. 225mm dia HDPE main: the length of 225 mm dia HDPE main is decreased to 1620 mts form 2835 mts as per site conditions and as per approved designs of SE(PH). 350 mm dia GRP main: The length of 350 mm dia GRP main is decreased to 280 Mts from 350 Mts as per site conditions and as per approved designs of SE(PH). Contd…2…2 600 mm dia GRP main: The length of 600 MM dia feeder mains is increased form 7135 mts to 7435 mts as per approved design by the SE(PH). An amount Rs.72.59 lakhs is increased and the same is included in the revised estimate for laying the above feeder mains. c) For construction of Pump house duly providing 20 HP Online booster to 800 KL ELSR Vannurukunta Park at Prakash Nagar: As per the finalized levels MWL,GL, LWL of the ELSR the filling is not possible with gravity system. The Superintending Engineer(PH) Guntur has approved online booster to the Reservoir at Vannurukunta Park, but not included in the deliverables. Hence the same is proposed in the revised estimate. 4. In view of the above, the Engineer-in-Chief (Public Health), Hyderabad has requested the Government to accord revised administrative sanction for an amount of Rs1825.52 lakhs duly meeting the additional amount from the ULB share with the following method of finance. G.O.I. Share Rs.931.00 lakh State share Rs.116.00 lakh ULB share Rs.778.52 lakh Total project cost Rs.1825.52 lakh 5. Government after careful examination, hereby accord revised Administrative Sanction for Narsaraopet Water Supply Improvement Scheme under Sub-Mission on UIDSSMT under Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM) for a total amount of Rs.1825.52 lakhs (Rupees one Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Five Lakhs and Fifty Two Thousand only). The funding pattern among Central Government, State Government and ULB shall be as detailed below: (Rs. in lakhs) Sl. The Engineer-in-Chief (Public Health), Hyderabad is informed that the additional amount of Rs.195.52 lakhs (Rs.1852.57 lakhs – Rs.1657.00 lakhs) against orders issued vide G.O. 1st read above, shall be met from the departmental funds. 7. The Engineer-in-Chief (Public Health), Hyderabad / The Managing Director, APUFIDC Ltd., Hyderabad shall take action accordingly. 8. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O No. 30252/392/A1/Expr (M&F)/11, dated: 5.1.2012.
