From the DMA Lr.Roc.No.19592/2011/M2, Dated.22.12.2011. -OoO- ORDER: - In the circumstance reported by the Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad, in the reference 3rd & 4th read above and keeping in view the orders of the Hon’ble APAT Hyderabad in the reference 2nd read above, Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord permission to the Director of Municipal Administration to regularize the services of the following four (4) NMRs in the posts indicated against their names in Rajam Nagar Panchayat Srikakulam District, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.212 Finance (PC.III) Department, dated: 22.04.1994 from prospective date i.e. date of issue of orders by competent appointing authority, subject to condition that the vacancies are clear, regular and continued from time to time till date, and no senior eligible person is overlooked / omitted.
