From Assistant Registrar, APAT, interim orders dated 15.2.2012 in OA No.1176 of 2012 filed by Sri.K.Balakishan, Municipal Commissioner, Yellandu Municipality (waiting for posting). *** ORDER:- In the reference 1st read above, orders were issued posting Sri.K.Balakishan, Sanitary Inspector, Khammam Municipality as Municipal Commissioner, Yellandu Municipality on his own pay and in the reference 2nd read above, orders were issued posting Sri.Ahmed Safiullah, Senior Assistant, O/o. DMA, A.P., Hyderabad as Municipal Commissioner, Yellandu Municipality in the leave vacancy on OD basis. Sri.K.Balakishan challenged the orders issued in the reference 2nd read above before Honourable APAT. The Honourable APAT vide reference 3rd read above passed orders directing the respondents therein to post the applicant viz., Sri.K.Balakishan as Municipal commissioner, Grade- III in any one of the existing vacancies in Multi Zone-II by considering his representation dated 23.1.2012 within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of the order. 2. In the reference 4th read above, the Director of Municipal Administration, A.P., Hyderabad posted Sri.K.Balakishan as Sanitary Inspector, Kagaznagar Municipality in the existing vacancy. Aggrieved by this Sri.K.Balakishan filed another OA before APAT and the Honourable APAT vide its orders 5th read above, while suspending the orders issued vide reference 4th read above, directed to implement the orders issued in the reference 3rd read above within a period of one week from the date of receipt of the order. 3. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby posts Sri.K.Balakishan as Municipal Commissioner, Narsampet Municipality on OD basis, in the existing vacancy with immediate effect.
