Explanation of Sri P.Bala Kishan, MC, Yellandu Municipality, dt.Nil. 3. From the DMA, Hyd Lr.Roc.No.14526/2010/C3, dt:17.02.2012. &&& O R D E R 1. Whereas, an inquiry under Rule-20 of A.P. Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991 is being held against Sri P.Bala Kishan, Municipal Commissioner, Yellandu Municipality on the allegation that he has failed to follow the procedure and registration of Principal Employer in engaging (82) contract labourers for maintenance of sanitation and water supply works in Yellandu Municipality 2. After examination of the Written Statement of Defense of the above charged officer, in the reference 2nd read above, it is considered that an Inquiring authority should be appointed to inquire into the charges framed against Sri P.Bala Kishan, Municipal Commissioner, Yellandu Municipality mentioned in para (1) above. 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule(2) of Rule-20 of the said rules, the disciplinary authority hereby appoints Sri R.Sambasiva Rao, Regional Director cum Appellate Commissioner of Municipal Administration ,Warangal as Inquiry Authority to inquire into the charges framed against Sri P.Bala Kishan, Municipal Commissioner , Yellandu Municipality . 4. The Enquiry Officer shall submit his report within three month’s time to Government. 5. The Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad shall provide the required material such as articles of charges, explanation of Charged Officers etc., to the Enquiry Officer.
